Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink with copper reflections and a lively, fine mousse. Delicate notes of preserved cherries, nougat and dried fruit, with some candied orange zest and a hint of red flowers. Juicy and elegant on the palate with a fine fruit sweetness, integrated acid structure and mineral persistence. Some fine blossom honey shows on the finish. (Degorgiert 09/22, PM).
