The red wine Amarone dell Valpolicella Classico DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Camporeale has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 86 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Corvinone Veronese, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Intense, powerful ruby red. Slightly yeasty tones on the nose, toast, subtle hints of cheese rind. Strongly present in the mouth, bitter, unfortunately draining in the finish due to the high use of wood.
