It has a brilliant ruby colour, with a bright rim. There are fragrant and appealing aromas, with notes of rose petal, fresh plum, and crisp cherry. On the palate it is vivid, with lovely cherry fruit, and robust dense tannins, although it is still a little rough on the finish.
