Rich shimmering lemon yellow colour. A restrained fragrance of white flowers, linden blossom, chamomile, quince and white sage. On the palate there is juicy lime, precision and drive, racy acidity and a foaming mousse. Mid-weight, with some preserved lemon on the punchy finish.
