Intense, bright straw yellow. Slightly smoky and stony on the nose, reminiscent of pink peach and quince jelly, with an aftertaste of sea salt and iodine. Delicate texture on the palate with well-integrated mousse, fine stone fruit undertone, bone-dry finish, then unfortunately somewhat washed out and delicately bitter.
