Tasting from 16.10.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red. Earthy on the nose, brief notes of blood, cranberries, cold smoke, with a slight aftertaste of soy sauce. Creamy fruit texture on the palate, embedded in grippy tannins, fine sweetness on the mid-palate, powerful, fine earthy tones on the finish, great Aglianico!
