Intense, bright light gold with persistent mousse. Compact and fragrant nose of fresh yeast plait, roasted hazelnuts, yellow peach and ruddy apple, with an aftertaste of tropical fruit and citrus. Very fine and balanced mousse on the palate, precise, airy and light, with beautiful juiciness and good length, salty finish.

Intense straw yellow with golden reflections, persistent bubbles. Ripe and yellow-fruity on the nose, sour pineapple, baked apple, bread crust and chamomile in the underlay. On the palate a superficial mousse, lots of yellow fruit, hearty, full-bodied, with a fine bitter note in the finish.
