Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Initially rather restrained on the nose, then tones of ripe pears and citrus fruits as well as notes of toast and roasted hazelnuts. Creamy texture on the palate, elegant and juicy, well-balanced, the finish is refreshingly bittersweet.
