Tasting from 24.03.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Intense nose with notes of dried plum, confit wild berries and dried cherry. In addition, hints of bouillon and citrus nuances. Fruity on the palate, with soft acidity and dark fruit and caramel. Slightly noticeable tannin, medium length.
