MALIZIA BEZEICHNUNG IGT Svizzera Italiana spumante extra-brut TRAUBENSORTE Trauben aus interspezifischen weissen Rebsorten, die in Tessin angebaut werden. WEINBEREITUNG Von Hand gelesene weisse Trauben aus interspezifischen Rebsorten werden durch sanftes Pressen zu Wein gekeltert. Anschliessend erfolgt die alkoholische Gärung bei niedriger Temperatur in Stahltanks, um die Sortenaromen zu bewahren. In den Flaschen wird danach die Schaumbildung vollzogen, die für ein sehr feines und anhaltendes Perlage sorgt. Der darauf folgende Ausbau auf ausgewählten Hefen, der 12 Monate lang dauert, verleiht Fülle und Struktur. BESCHREIBUNG Farbe: Zartgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen; Duft: er besitzt ein intensives und anhaltendes fruchtiges Bouquet mit einem Hauch von Brotkruste; Geschmack: am Gaumen ist er harmonisch und würzig, aber mit einem samtigen Gefühl und einer leichten Note von frischem Obst.

Dried apple on the nose, lemon and subtle white flowers. Quite intense mousse on the palate with apple notes and a lovely freshness. Pleasantly dry, medium length.
