Rich, impenetrable ruby violet. Very dark, rich nose, lots of blackberry and cassis, intense tobacco notes in the background, inviting. Surprisingly fresh and clear on the palate, opens with juicy cherry and plum fruit, fine-meshed tannins, builds well, long and profound.
