Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark, rich ruby in colour. On the nose, very spicy, peppery; in addition fine leather tones, and echoes of rich cherry and cranberry. On the palate, grippy, sturdy and powerful; stretches with tightly woven tannin over the tongue. The wine has a fine juiciness and is minimally drying on the finish.
