Clear straw yellow with green glints. Fragrant nose, lots of herbal notes, reminiscent of lemon balm and thyme, with some liquorice and yellow apple behind. In the flow decidedly juicy, fine texture, refreshing acidity, medium-long, pale and bitter in the finish.
