Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Citrus nuances on the nose, fresh, lime and a hint of cold smoke, with a finish of wax and very ripe Golden Delicious apple. Fresh on the palate with an accentuated acid nerve, then somewhat bitter and subdued on the finish.
