Tasting from 30.09.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, light golden yellow with a persistent mousse. A fruity nose of ripe apple, with a hint of honey blossom and yeast in the aftertaste. Fresh and juicy on the palate, with a pleasant and well-integrated mousse, opens up nicely, medium-long finish.
