Brilliant straw yellow with a fine mousse. Very yellow-fruity on the nose, fragrant, expressive, with a delicate hint of cold cream, meadow herbs, delicate hay and a finish of candied citrus fruit. Airy mousse on the palate, balanced, lemongrass, very juicy on the palate, radiant finish.
