The white wine Custoza DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Cantina Ronca has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffeler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Garganega, Trebbiano di Toscana, Tocai Bianco, Riesling
Bright straw yellow with shimmering hues. Slightly vegetal, with notes of gooseberry, freshly cut grass and a dash of sage. On the palate a racy acidity, nice tension with persistence, a little bit bitter on the finish.
