The white wine Ulderico Custoza Superiore DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Cantina Ronca has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffeler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Garganega, Trebbiano di Toscana, Tocai Bianco, Riesling Italico
Rich, bright golden yellow shimmering hues. Ripe and obvious scents on the nose, with notes of mango, cooked peach and a hint of resin. A very mature structure on the palate with a bone-dry texture. A salty finish.
