The sparkling wine Il Massimo ... del Rosé VSQ Dosaggio Zero from the winery Cantina Ronca has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella from the region Veneto in Italy.
Brilliant, bright orange-pink with persistent mousse. Roasted aromas on the nose, very ripe citrus fruit, also ripe stone fruit and a touch of sulphur. The palate is juicy, with a powerful mousse, pithy acidity and a slightly bitter finish, seems very lively and dry.
