The red wine Sessantenario Salento Rosso IGP, vintage 2019 from the winery Cantina Sampietrana has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points.
Clear ruby red. Orange tea, resin, sour Amarena cherry, rum-steeped fruit, cinnamon stick on the nose. On the palate with considerable fruit expression and malty aromas, rich and very soft, with a pithy, juicy tannin finish, harmonious in itself.
