Tasting Notes
Deep, dark ruby red with a fine, brightening rim. Savoury and inviting on the nose, with aromas of sweet cherry and fully ripe plum, plus juniper, leather and some cold smoke. Lots of sweet fruit on the palate too, clothed in chocolate.
