Pale ruby red with bright edges. A little shy on the nose, with subtle hints of raspberry and strawberry, also reminiscent of cinnamon and white pepper. Lively and fruity on the palate, pleasant interplay between freshness and fruit, somewhat warming in the middle section, with full-bodied tannins and a fine bitter note on the lingering finish.
