The sekt Santacolomba Metodo Classico Trento DOC Brut Nature from the winery Cantina Sociale di Trento has been rated in 2019 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Johanniter, Solaris, Bronner from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Pale straw yellow with intense, delicate mousse. Intense and fragrant on the nose, lemon juice, young apple, pear, fragrant, lots of peach. Just as young and fresh on the palate, particularly lively, a fruity Trento Doc that is very sweet despite its low dosage.
