Tasting Notes
Radiant light gold. Petrol, matchstick, sage tea and delicate yellow nuances on the nose, with an aftertaste of sealing wax. On the palate, compact, with undertones of vivid acidity and medium drive. Pithy, steely fruit with salty components, the acidity returns on the finish.
