Tasting Notes

Tasting from 29.10.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Ruby red with a subtly brighter rim. Fragrant on the nose, with rich cherries, white pepper, a hint of currant and delicate rose petal: savoury on the finish. Juicy and compact on the palate, shows a certain fullness and juicy flow. With minimal persistence on the finish, it is currently still young but has ageing potential.
