Bright, fresh straw yellow. Very clear and intense on the nose, with notes of lemon balm, peach, and mirabelle plums, and a hint of mirabelle plums in the background. Smooth and round, with prominent, ripe fruit; firm and full-bodied on the palate; the finish is firm and salty.
