Bright light gold colour with a brilliant core. Delicate and elegant nose of candied lemon, crunchy yellow apple, soft notes of yellow rose and candied ginger, with a hint of elderflower. Very supple, gentle on the palate, with great juiciness and acidity on the finish, still young, can mature very well.
