Lots of ripe, dark fruit on the nose, plum, ripe cherry, herbal savouriness, some cinnamon and clove. Very ripe, slightly sweet, flowing fruit on the palate, ripe tannins, full-bodied, rich. The wine for an evening by the fireside.
