Tasting from 14.02.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense, brilliant straw yellow with a touch of pale gold. On the nose a little restrained at the beginning, opens after a while with notes of fine mushroom, herbs and golden pear. Very juicy on the palate, compact and clear, with good energy, salty, long finish.
