Tasting from 22.03.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright straw yellow with subtle light golden reflections. The nose is clear and fragrant, with notes of ripe peach and ripe Golden Delicious apple, then wax and hay. Medium-bodied palate with good expression, seems somewhat unbalanced overall and remains slightly phenolic on the tongue.
