Tasting from 06.10.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler
Bright ruby red with delicate lightening rim. Alcoholic on the nose, with very ripe cherries, butter cookies, rum-steeped fruit. On the palate slain by the wood aroma, sweetish pop, then very dry and bitterin the aftertaste.
