A rich, clove-studded nose introduces this intensely flavoured wine. Bold layers of sweet blackcurrant fruit, spice, bay leaf and dried herbs unfurl from this dense, rather flamboyant style. Powdery tannins bring additional texture and there's some oak supporting the hedonistic fruit on display here.
