A certain heat initially almost masks that floral note that hovers above ripe cherry. That ripe, plump fruit carries right onto the palate where its inherent power becomes coupled with freshness and elegance. This is definitely a reflection of the stark landscape of Bannockburn. It is on the finish that a lovely, aromatic note of dried herb weaves it magic.
