Tasting from 01.01.2016: Ulrich Sautter

Restrained but at the same time nuanced aroma: blueberry, some wood, garrigue, juniper, black pepper. Palate with fleshy extract and powerful body, balanced and potently built, dense, firm tannin without astringency and a wealth of flavors that will develop spicily in a few years. Excellent value.
