Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.07.2021: Ulrich Sautter

On the nose, yeasty and tangy, bouillon, then quickly transitioning into herbal and spicy aromas, Fisherman's Friend, and blueberry. The palate is oily and at the same time coated with a generous dose of dry tannin, with fierce, ripe acidity. Has a rugged charisma, you can see heat and an arid landscape in your mind's eye and within it this highly concentrated, almost defiant fruit.
