Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Deep salmon pink, fine, persistent perlage. Mineral nose with hints of red forest berries, candied orange zest, but also fresh blackberries. Full-bodied, pleasant extract sweetness, creamy body, but also with enough freshness to be very drinkable, makes you want a second glass, also serious enough as a food companion.
