Tasting from 14.10.2011

Dark ruby garnet, opaque core, delicate edge brightening. Black berry confit on the nose, underlaid with nuances of peppers, ripe plums, pleasant precious wood spice, individual, attractive bouquet. Juicy and firm at the same time, appears fresh, shows a pleasant extract sweetness, fine hint of chocolate, good balance, a very good food companion, mineral on the finish, firm and persistent, salty aftertaste.
