Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Light greenish yellow, fine, medium perlage. Nose of white apple, pleasant fruity sweetness, floral aromas, not too intense muscat tone, fresh grapefruit zest. Medium body, well-integrated sweetness, fine mousse, underpinned by a suitable acidity structure, delicate honey finish, good to drink chilled, a wonderful summer aperitif.
