Tasting Notes
Cloudy yellow-green, lively. Slightly yeasty/reductive nose, matchstick and flint. Very light-footed on the palate, forward fruit, nicely integrated acidity with the mousse in the background. Uncomplicated but nevertheless a little complex - high fun factor.
