Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections and a slight natural cloudiness. Fine and persistent mousse. Pronounced notes of white flowers, lemon, grapefruit and green apple on the nose. Hints of bread crust. Dry, mineral on the palate, with pronounced acidity that lends freshness. Slightly salty finish.
