The white wine Chardonnay Riserva Burgum Novum DOC, vintage 2012 from the winery Castelfeder has been rated in 2016 by Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliant, light golden yellow. Fragrant and inviting nose, presents itself with notes of pineapple, some papaya, mango is also present, fine cloves in the background. Creamy and round in the attack and on the palate, develops very smoothly, clearly defined, rich fruit, pineapple and baked apple, builds beautifully, juicy and long.
