The red wine Südtiroler Blauburgunder Riserva Burgum Novum DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Castelfeder has been rated in 2018 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Blauburger from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright ruby red with brilliant reflections. Delicately outlined nose of Amarena cherries, graphite and dried roses, as well as some powdered sugar in the echo. Very juicy Blauburgunder with fruity texture, a powerful drive on the palate, salty, long and clear on the finish.
