The white wine Südtiroler Chardonnay Riserva Burgum Novum DOC, vintage 2015 from the winery Castelfeder has been rated in 2018 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Intense, brilliant golden yellow. A finely marked nose of candied tropical fruit and well integrated oak savouriness, and white chocolate. Very soft and warm on the palate, wrapping the tongue in a soft velvety dress, it continues to unfold slowly and steadily, finishing long and with pineapple notes.
