Tasting from 10.02.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Ruby red in colour with a brick red rim. On the nose, aromas of cassis, sour cherry, white pepper, lightly citrus with notes of kitchen herbs and damp tobacco. The palate is grippy with firm tannins, juicy cherry fruit and fine oak spice, with a lightly driven, bittersweet finish.
