The red wine Chianti Classico DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Castello della Paneretta has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Canaiolo nero, Colorino from the region Chianti in Italy.
Deep, rich ruby with a slight garnet rim. Opens on the nose with fragrant notes of violets, ripe cherry and some pine needles. Noticeable acidity on the palate, shows nerve, then unfolds with fine tannins, salty finish.
