Dark rosé tone with vermilion reflections. Cherry and lollipop fragrance. On the palate a powerful body with tight acidity, substantial on the mid palate, great length. A rosé full of character, almost too rich to be an aperitif, probably best for dinner - grilled poultry or chorizo.
