Tasting from 19.04.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright greenish yellow with persistent mousse. Delicate butter cookie and orange on the nose, yellow apple and some sealing wax. Full-bodied on the palate, shows ripe fruit and bitter hints, unfortunately lacks a little sprint in the finish.
