Tasting from 21.04.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright, radiant silver-green with a fleck of straw yellow and restrained mousse. Nose initially of cheese rind, then strawberries and yellow peach. A bit sticky on the palate, with yellow fruit and spiky acidity, seems unsettled.
