Tasting Notes
Intense dark ruby red with purple reflections. The nose reveals ripe notes of cherry, strawberry and fig, followed by savoury notes and Mediterranean scrub. The palate is taut, juicy, fruity, sweet at first, then darker and almost savoury on the finish. Young tannins. Very pronounced aftertaste and long, slightly balsamic finish.
