Tasting Notes
Intensely bright ruby with a dark core. Opens on the nose with fresh herbal scents, rosemary, sea buckthorn, ripe fig and slightly fleshy. Arrives on the palate with a lot of tension, taut acidity loosens the full-bodied structure, appears balanced, clear, more dark fruit, persistent on the finish.
